TOOLS FOR COACHES
Keep the whole track practice together.
Meet results are important, but athletes improve during the sessions between competitions. PaceCommand connects those sessions to what each runner has actually done.
Plan event-specific workouts
Set up reps, recovery, intensity, distances, split marks, and custom workout blocks. Save common sessions as templates and schedule them for the right group. A sprint session and a distance session can coexist in the same program.
Time reps and splits at practice
Run a practice session from your device, track individuals or groups, and save actual rep and split times to athlete records. Coaches can enter results manually when the stopwatch is not the most practical option.
Set individual pace targets
Use an athlete's competition or training bests to calculate target times for a planned effort. Athletes within the same workout can work toward different targets without needing separate spreadsheets.
Keep performance history useful
Store practice times, competition results, personal records, and completed workouts alongside the athlete's profile. Keep staff aligned through shared training groups, assistant permissions, and practice notes.
HOW IT WORKS
From practice plan to recorded performance.
You decide what the training should accomplish. PaceCommand keeps the plan, practice data, and follow-up connected.
Can I use PaceCommand for sprint and distance groups on the same team?
Yes. The same organization can organize multiple training groups and plan different running workouts. Head coaches can also set assistant-coach assignments and permissions.
Does PaceCommand replace fully automatic timing or meet management?
No. It is for coaching, practice timing, athlete training history, and recording results. Official electronic timing systems and meet registration platforms still have their own roles.
Can athletes see their workouts and recorded times?
Yes. Athletes can have individual accounts to view assigned training and performance information, and to complete their permitted workout actions.
Can a high school team try it before subscribing?
Yes. New teams can evaluate the full feature set for 14 days without a credit card. A head coach chooses a paid team plan only when ready.
