If you are the last Head Coach with account access
If an ongoing program subscription would be left without another active Head Coach who can sign in, deletion asks you to confirm that renewal will stop. PaceCommand verifies the subscription before deleting personal data. Any remaining paid or trial access keeps its existing end date; existing invoices remain due. If billing cannot be verified or requires review, deletion pauses and explains how to get help. To keep the program renewing, arrange another Head Coach’s account access before deleting your account.
What is removed
The account email, display name, avatar reference, password credentials, password-reset tokens, active sessions, sign-in attempt records for that email, device push subscriptions, authored comments/notes, wellness responses, and personal account access are removed. Athlete-specific free-text notes are cleared where those records remain. This device’s offline workout cache for the deleted account is cleared. Other notification preferences stored locally can be cleared by removing the app or its local data.
What may remain with the team
Pace Command is team software. Workouts, assignments, performance results, PRs, program records, meets, attendance, and other shared training history may remain for the organization. A deleted member is archived, unlinked from the login, and displayed as “Deleted account.” Comments and notes authored by the deleted account are removed. Some team-owned free-text content and records entered by others may remain. Limited billing or legal records held by service providers may be retained where required.
