Pace Command

Accessibility statement

Last updated October 15, 2026

We want people with disabilities to be able to use Pace Command’s website and app, including athlete and coach workflows. We are committed to identifying and removing barriers and welcome feedback about what makes the experience difficult.

Our accessibility goal

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our improvement target. These guidelines address needs such as readable content, keyboard access, and compatibility with assistive technologies.

A complete accessibility assessment has not been completed. We are not claiming full WCAG conformance or verified compatibility with every screen reader, browser, or device.

Current limitations

Calendars, performance charts, live timing, and exported reports have not yet been fully assessed with assistive technologies.

If you cannot complete a task or read information, contact us and describe what you need. We can discuss an alternative way to help while the issue is reviewed.

Report a problem or request help

Email accounts@bplabsllc.com to report a barrier or request help using Pace Command.

Please include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and your device, browser or app version. If relevant, include the assistive technology you use. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, private sync keys, patient records, or sensitive health details. If sharing a screenshot, remove personal information first.

Keeping this statement current

We intend to update this statement as we assess accessibility, confirm limitations, and make improvements. Feedback helps us understand which barriers affect real tasks.
